Smashed Avo & Chickpea

Vita-Weats

Ingredients:

  • 23g Arnott's Vita-Weat Original (x4)
  • 40g Avocado (sliced)
  • 20g Cos Lettuce
  • 40g Canned Chickpeas
  • 20g Red Onion (sliced)


Method:

  1. Add avocado and chickpeas to a bowl and mash with a fork. This will combine the ingredients and create a spread like consistency.
  2. Top each Vita-Weat with a cos lettuce leaf & 2 slices avocado. Add a tablespoon the avocado & chickpea smash.
  3. Finish with sliced red onion.
