Smashed Avo & Chickpea

Vita-Weats
Ingredients:
23g Arnott's Vita-Weat Original (x4)
40g Avocado (sliced)
20g Cos Lettuce
40g Canned Chickpeas
20g Red Onion (sliced)
Method:
Add avocado and chickpeas to a bowl and mash with a fork. This will combine the ingredients and create a spread like consistency.
Top each Vita-Weat with a cos lettuce leaf & 2 slices avocado. Add a tablespoon the avocado & chickpea smash.

Finish with sliced red onion.
