Tofu Bun Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 50g cooked vermicelli
  • 100g Soyco Tofu Malaysian Peanut Satay
  • 30g iceberg lettuce
  • 20g cucumber
  • 5g pickled ginger
  • 15g Ayam Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce Light


Method:

  1. Cook the vermicelli noodles according to the instructions provided on the package.
  2. Slice and cut up the vegetables (lettuce, carrot, cucumber)
  3. Add the ginger and dress with the sweet chilli sauce.
  4. Serve and eat.
