Pancake Protein Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 52g Large Egg (x1)
  • 70ml Almond Milk - Almond Breeze (Unsweetened)
  • 35g Self Raising Flour
  • 25g Phyba Plant Based Protein Powder (Vanilla)
  • 5g Honey
  • 50g Frozen Raspberries
  • 20g Cadbury Dairy Milk Snack Chocolate Block
  • 50g YoPro Vanilla Yoghurt Pot


Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Add all ingredients and mix until combined.
  2. Add your toppings and mix into a bowl.
  3. Bake for 25-30 minutes (depends on your oven. Test around 22 minutes with the poke test).
  4. Let it cool and enjoy.
